Property Description
Set within the historic enclave of Rancho Circle—established in 1949 for Hollywood’s elite—this extraordinary estate embodies a rare chapter of Las Vegas history. Just one mile from Fremont Street Experience, this guard-gated community is defined by expansive homesites, lush surroundings, and privately held water rights sourced from the Las Vegas Springs aquifer—an enduring and valuable asset unique to this neighborhood. Once home to Jack Hooper, trusted security chief to Howard Hughes, and later owned by the Bongiovi family, relatives of Jon Bon Jovi, the residence has welcomed notable figures, including Ronald Reagan. Following a $2.5M+ restoration, the estate blends Spanish Revival architecture with modern refinement across a main residence, guest wing, and pool house that could be used as staff accommodation if needed —offering privacy, scale, and legacy in one of Las Vegas’ most irreplaceable settings. An irreplaceable Las Vegas legacy—timeless, private, and iconic.
